In collaboration with Recovery Hive and Coolum Fitness, join us for a powerful 90-minute workshop designed to help you unlock more energy, adapt to stress more efficiently, and recover faster.
This unique experience blends cutting-edge breathwork with real-time heat and cold exposure to train both your body and nervous system.
Led by Rich Burrows, performance coach and founder of RES//STANCE Lab, this session introduces practical tools used by elite athletes and high performers to:
Understanding how breathing may be the limiting factor in fitness gains
Improve CO₂ tolerance and aerobic efficiency
Train the nervous system to shift between intensity and calm
Harness breath as a source of both power and recovery
Use heat and cold strategically for resilience and restoration
Whether you’re a runner, triathlete, Hyrox competitor, or simply someone training hard and seeking better balance, this workshop will give you a clearer roadmap for regulating your energy—not just grinding through fatigue.
Expect to be moving, breathing, learning, and experiencing. You’ll finish with a stronger understanding of how to build your “oscillation engine”—that ability to push when it counts, and drop into recovery when it matters most.
