RANGE

$385.00

Expand your capacity. Train your response. Perform under pressure.

A Nervous System Performance Intensive
Troy Simmonds & Rich Burrows

Saturday 11 April · 10:00am – 2:00pm
BHIVE, Brighton Grammar School
90 Outer Crescent, Brighton VIC 3186

Limited places available.

Overview

Your ability to operate under pressure is only as strong as your range.

Pressure itself is not the problem.

What determines performance is the breadth of your nervous system’s response.

When intensity rises, the body decides first:

contract or expand, escalate or stabilise, react or respond.

RANGE is designed to deliberately train that spectrum.

This is applied nervous system performance work — practical, embodied and progressive.

This Is Capacity Training

Calm is not the objective - Range is.

High performers don’t eliminate stress.

They build the ability to transition fluidly between activation and recovery, intensity and composure.

Through structured breathwork, posture organisation, coordinated movement and controlled exposure, you will learn to:

  • Shift state deliberately

  • Maintain clarity under load

  • Expand tolerance to internal pressure

  • Recover without suppression

  • Operate across a broader physiological spectrum

What You’ll Experience

A progressive four-part arc designed to expand your operating range:

  • Breath
Refine mechanics. Increase awareness. Build tolerance to rising sensation.

  • Posture
Use alignment as a signal of stability and safety. Influence physiology from the inside out.

  • Movement
Maintain regulation during coordination and challenge. Composure in motion.

  • Controlled Cold Exposure
Direct physiological feedback. No hype. No narrative. Just sensation and trained response.

Each phase builds on the last:
Awareness → Regulation → Embodiment → Expanded Capacity.

Who This Is For

  • Athletes refining internal control

  • Professionals operating under sustained pressure

  • Parents modelling grounded leadership

  • Young people developing resilience

  • Individuals interested in training their nervous system — not managing it conceptually

No prior experience required.

What Expands

You will leave with:

  • A clearer understanding of your stress response

  • Practical breathing and posture tools you can apply immediately

  • Increased tolerance for internal sensation without escalation

  • Improved recovery capacity

  • Simple daily practices to continue building range

Participants receive integration materials to support continued development.
